Tripsta stole my refund

I filed for a refund because of changes in the flight from the airline. I had to chase after them with several emails and calls until they informed me that they filed for a refund. 2 months later and several emails later, they responded saying that the amount for the return flight only will be refunded. I was furious that it took them that long to do something about it but thought 1 refunded ticket is better than nothing...that was over a month ago and everytime I send an email to Tripsta a standard generic email tells me to contact the airline directly. When I contacted the airline, to my surprise, the agent at the airline tells me that this amount has been settled about a month ago and that I should get it from the travel agency (Tripsta). So they got my refund from the airline but didn't give it back to me!! This is far beyond bad customer service or being rude...THIS IS PURE THEFT!
