What a pathetic excuse of a company, I honestly hope they go bankrupt and all of them become unemployed, thats how awful of an experience I had with several of their associates.s I called in February and the gentleman I talked to said that because my flight was booked in November my policy would cover the cost of not being able to go to Ireland in March. I called and cancelled the trip because we wouldnt be able to go at a later date. I file the claim with Allianz and Im told that it wont be approved because of the epidemic and that I would have needed to be traveling and be in need of medical assistance due to covid-19 in order for my claim to be approved. What a joke and what an awful way to treat a customer during this time. User's recommendation: Stay as far away as possible.
