Tried nine times to get service—never a return call or email

Tried to get a stain cleaned and the remote repaired on recliner chair. called nine times and never got a response from Guardman. Worst customer service ever and I owned a business. Would not reccomend them ever. They make up rules as they keep doing nothing. They know the system and do things to help them.
