I have been in discussion with Carmen at the Golf Club regarding the trees the club has planted that have grown so high that they are obstructing my view of the golf course. I purchase my Property at Santa Clara Villas there were no trees planted and I bought the house for the view of the 8th Tee. I have asked for the trees to be cut to be level with my fence but the Golf Club have refused they say they have planted the trees to protect my property and my neighbour from the balls coming in my garden and injuring me. I did not ask for the trees to be planted and since the Golf course have moved the 8th Tee to a different position in the last year no golf balls have been coming in my garden because the trees have never protected anything anyway. All I want is the golf club to be reasonable toward people living in the area and cut the trees lower. The Club do not have a complaints book as most businesses in Spain have
