Transaction Canceled and no Refund was issued to me.

Remitly: I recently made a transaction, I canceled the transaction because Elektra was down. So I am owed a refund. I have not received the refund. I have never had a problem with this Remitly before until now. I have made several attempts and Im told that the refund is in progress and I still have not received it. It has been over 10 days. I have received previous refunds for canceled transactions and I received the refund two days later. Please advice.
