From the first time that we used our new hummingbird we had one problem after another. For every day that we used it it was in the shop for a week. We complained about the service and lack of repairs and were classified as cry baby trouble makers. A few of the problems that we had. Water leaks, slide stuck open, toilet leak, axel and tire replacement. No gas to the heater. Outlets fell off walls. When they repaired a problem they did not reassemble the anything that had to be removed to get to the repair. We live in California and contacted a lemon law Attorney in San Diego. He sued Jayco and won a 100% cash refund for every penny that we had to spend including storage fees. User's recommendation: Stay away from Jayco.
