We have used multiple lead generation companies with different results. First off, their lead quality is terrible. On top of that I'm pretty sure the resell their leads to Home Advisor because almost all of their leads came in from Home Advisor moments after being received from them. But the bigger issue is we set a $300 "maximum weekly budget" as described on their payment screen. They then proceeded to charge us for $900 in one week. After complaining they said they would refund the difference but only actually refunded us $300. Now I am complaining again and they are giving me the run around. This company will flat out try and steal your money and then lie about it.
