Horrible experience with April Insurance/Broadspire Insurance. Paid the extra money to cancel for any reason. My apartment was burglarized and I was unable to go on my travel trip so I needed to exercise my insurance. After sending all the documentation I had (I have copies), they decided to deny me despite the fact that I was willing to accept the policy 75% payout. I still recieve NO CALLBACK or NO DENIAL EMAIL/LETTER. The company I bought it from is called April Insurance. Which used Broadspire, which used Crawford. I am seeking legal representation if I don't receive what I bought. CANCEL FOR ANY REASON - 75% OF MY CLAIM. THOMAS CHENG AND HIS MANAGER ARE THE ASSOCIATES I WORKED WITH.
