This company is a total scam and should be shut down by the NY AG. Do a street view of the address provided by GlassesUSA for their "headquarters" and you will see it's nothing but a RENTED PO BOX out of Lex Pack & Ship! And notice that the ONLY "reviews" that GlassesUSA uses are from Bizrate- another fraud- because GlassesUSA has a person on staff who's ONLY JOB is to write FAKE REVIEWS. The reviews are ridiculous, sometimes one sentence or less, and they write 10-12 EVERY DAY to bury the very few legit reviews that are of course, negative. Also if you write a negative review on GlassesUSA's website they remove them within two minutes and then CANCEL your account so you can't post anything else. DISPUTE YOUR CHARGES WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO GET 100% OF YOUR MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By allowing credit card purchases on their website, GlassesUSA MUST abide by the credit card company's DISPUTE RESOLUTION decisions NO MATTER WHAT!!! So when the credit card companies reverses the charge, GlassesUSA loses and YOU, the consumer, WINS! How do I know this? I ended up having to do this with Visa and I got every penny of my money refunded to me. If every customer who was ripped off by GlassesUSA did this they would end up going out of business because they rip off EVERY customer.
