Horrible web site. Impossible to find a simple contact number. My health care provider was dropped last year because she wasn't deemed worthy to be on the "list". Tried to contact Magellan Health to find out if she is listed this year, and it is impossible to get through. So I contacted BCBS. Another poorly structured provider listing with no real help. The virtual assistant could provide no help, so I chose the option to speak to an agent, which did nothing at all. So I sent BCBS an email requesting help and received a return message providing only the Magellan FAX number. Again, so not helpful. In this day and age of dwindling services it seems that we have become nothing more than human cattle shuffled through the system with complete disregard for our humanity. Worse, if your 'problem' doesn't have a corresponding health code to circle, then there is simply no help for you, that is, provided, you are actually lucky enough to get through the bureaucracy and red tape to begin with. Yeah, good luck with that.
