There are too many details to go into but I got sick while on a Tauck vacation. I was hospitalized, so I could not continue with the tour. I then spent the next 6 months fighting with Aon to refund my money. They purposely delayed any action on my claim. And the claim was not due to Covid-19. If you need travel insurance buy it from someone else. User's recommendation: Buy your travel insurance from someone else.
