I ordered a jacket for $94.95 thru an ad on face book on December 8, 2017. Never received coat. Called the number on the order invoice they emailed me. Tells you to send any inquiries to their email. This should have been a flag for me. I sent them an email on 12/18/17 and got a response back saying they were back logged and will be catching up on orders soon. 01/03/18 sent another email, no response, then again on 2/15/18 no response. I contacted my credit card carrier and I have waited too long and cannot file a claim. So I am out the $. Learned a lesson here, never will I purchase anything from an ad on facebook......
