Took money out of my account when I don’t have a membership

HelI dont even have a membership with you guys and you took money I didnt have. I have the screen shots on my phone showing I didnt have a membership nor was there a way for me to cancel anything until you took money that wasnt yours!!! User's recommendation: *** No don’t buy nothing from them.
