Dishonest and amateur people with disgraceful service with dismissive attitude who dont give a damn about customer service with pretty average quality of food. Didnt enjoy the food, yet was frustrated and annoyed with their poor and not caring attitude. It took them 95 minutes and 3 chasing telephone calls to deliver a simple order. Their web site stated delivery within 45-60 minutes and free delivery over £15. Yet they charged me £1.5 for delivering an order for £25. Wouldnt recommend them to anyone, dont trust them and wouldnt order food from them. We order takeaway to enjoy good quality food being cooked by someone professional and delivered on time with reasonable price and not be frustrated and be annoyed by a bunch of incompetent cowboys with an average quality of food and unreasonable charges. Please be warned about the Red Rose of Chessington, in Hook Road, Chessington, Surrey.
