I bought a bicycle, lock and pump for my husband as a gift, during this pandemic, to help him reach to his job easily. But he did not like it at all. As usual, I thought to return that as the receipt showed 30 days return policy. So I was relaxed that I could return that. But when I went there, their behavior was not that kind, and they strictly refused to return the cycle. I am worried now and don't want to keep that because it is the matter of 250 dollars. I want to return that. And want my money back because this made me to go in the situation of depression. User's recommendation: always ask about return policy otherwise you may regret.
