In July, 2019 I replaced my Liberty Mutual Renter's Insurance with another company's insurance. Liberty Mutual recognized my cancellation, but since then the company continues to draft $2.22/month from my personal checking account. I contacted Texas Department of Insurance, they looked into it, must have corresponded with the company, I got a response letter from Liberty Mutual with a simple list of the premium payments I had made to them over the years. Liberty Mutual offered no explanation as to why they continue to draft my checking account at $2.22/month. This is now May 2020. I want the money they have illegally taken from me returned with damages as well on top of that for the grief and stress it has caused me.
