My complaint is about the lack of professionalism of one of the employees at Southwest in Ft. Myers. I never got an answer nor a returned call from Southwest therefore unable to give the complaint. I stayed on the phone waiting for an answer over 3 hours. User's recommendation: Don’t fly with Southwest.
