To find out if i can resolve an issue w/my Nuwave Pro Plus that for some reason the digital read out is stuck on 2:00 min.and the little indicater ‘time’ is flashing in the read window.It wont reset!

my indicator wont reset from 2:00 min.and the 'time' indicator is flashing in the little readout window- ive tried unplugging it 2x and pressing the buttons to try to get it to reset and NADA - HELP!! PLZ User's recommendation: This is really the ONLY PROBLEM IVE EVER HAD OUT OF Nu wave ovens and iv had this one for 5 yrs And i had a wht one for 6 yrs and its still fine, infact im gona go get it to cook on now, i love them I can Cook Any Thing On Them - Even fully Frozen!
