There was what your rep say was a miscommunication with the just tires rep at the store and myself. I asked them to check and replace a fuse. I told them IF the fuse was causing the delay not to do it. He said no it’s not the fuse I am waiting on it’s the Mgr from the other store. So I thought they had fixed the fuse. Only for them to tell me I told them not to. This was after I spent almost 4 hours to fix s puncture. The rep in your office said he would send me voucher to have the fuse done in Just tires. I am still waiting on that email almost 1 month later. Ann-Marie Williams Please call me at(267) 226-****. At this point I might just make and appointment in one of your store to have it checked.
