Time and lack of direction

2 hour 45 minutes to change oil. The manager did not redirect clients upon intake, then allowed 80 percent of staff to work on one car, with one issue. It did not make logical sense given a few customers were already waiting 2 hours and next in line in all 3 bays. User's recommendation: Manager redirection of customers as intake information is provided.
