Ive always had confirmation about my order on my AXS app until 2 weeks ago. It disappeared and there was nothing in my history of a purchase. I immediately starting calling customer support, NO one answers your call. I have been on the customer support que everyday this week. After 2 hours and 15 mins, it was my turn. I stated my problem, they told me it was not a problem, the tickets would be there 72 hours before my event and ended the que!!! NOT a solution to my problems!! This is not a solution, Im in KY, I will be in Las Vegas before the 72 hours starts! Not a solution!! User's recommendation: I don’t have any!!!
