This is the first bad review of my life. My other children have been in accidents and have always have been satisfied with the results. My daughter got backed into in a drive thru line, because the the little damage on the brand new car that hit her State Farm claimed it could not have done as much damage to her car. I proved it did by showing the surveillance video at my house but they insisted it was pre-existing damage, it was not. I have no reason to lie I am gainfully employed, but I only had liability on the car Daughter is 16. So I had to go after the owner of the car to get the $250.00 to fix the car. he should not have had to pay, he had insurance for that. Cant believe they would lose costumers over $250.00. the person that hit my daughters car had State Farm not me. User's recommendation: State farm is a snake.
