This is the 2nd time My order has been f@#$ up!! And when I tried to call the restaurant they put me on hold. I guess I have to go there in person to talk to the manager.
A month ago i called in an order, i go to pick it up and and it wasnt even in the system. And had to wait another 30 mins. Then 2nd time i go to pick up my order i sit there for 20mins while it was getting cold on the freaking counter. The whole time i was there it was right in front of them. This is bad service!! They dont even apologize. Im so pissed!!
