This is regarding your closed captioning for hearing impaired on tonights news
3/25/18 news at 9pm Nashville - they did a brief story about tainted dog food. It seems as if some companies might be using the bodies of deceased animals. The caption kept printing the word "smokers". I don't think that it had anything to do with smoke. In the beginning of the report a brief photo said something about "Smuckers", the company that makes jellies and jams. I am hearing impaired and must relay on the closed captioning for my news reports. This was very important to me, as I have two dogs. Often the captioning is misspelled and way behind the spoken word. Often going into the next news story. Please let the captioning folks know how important this is to a large group on their viewers.
