I just experienced the same disappointment when returning to my room after leaving at 10:30am this morning it’s now 6:24pm I took pictures and went directly to the front desk. I checked in on Friday afternoon and when room service “semi” cleaned my room on Saturday morning they didn’t provide towels I went to the front desk and the desk attendant called but no answer at room service he delivered the towels to my room shortly after. It’s now Sunday evening and I return to no towels and an unmade bed!
