This customer seems to be irritated

My parents and I have been using your services for a prolonged time. We’ve never complained anything until the recent drop in the credit rates. What’s wrong with you? We’re never missing the monthly payments and always follow the instructions and informative letters we get from you by email or SMS. We’ve been pressed on the budget for the last few months (I hope I don’t need to explain why, eh?), and now we don’t have enough money to pay for the dad’s meds and even for the gas so that I could take mom to the hospital as she cannot walk well. I’ve been your devoted client for many years thanks to the support of the personnel and intuitive website. I’ve seen how respectful you’ve been for a long time until now. I do need some help at present concerning the loans and credit card history. It looks that you don’t care about the unpredictable situations with your customers at all.
