I bought something in 2015 from this company ..they then began charging my cc $39.99 per month from that date until Sept of 2020. I noticed it in Aug. 2020. They said they would return a few months of my money and did so by crediting my credit card. However the remaining balance owed me is $ 1,198.58, is still owed. After several phone calls and being bounced around between customer service and supervisors, always telling the check is coming ..but it never does. What now ?
