They wouldn’t exchange a pair of shoes that were too big.

the right shoe was bigger than the left shoe.I tried to send them back, and before I tried to send them back. I ordered a another pair that wasn't bigger than the other shoe. I hope I get my order! User's recommendation: stay if you dont want to get ripped off.
