My name is Shawn Jenkins and I place the order at simco's through Uber eat I ordered a clam bellies dinner what up cup of butter pecan ice cream in Grandma's coffee cake when I received my order I had scallops milkshake root beer in a blueberry muffin I did not go to none of these items then I called the restaurant back I spoke to the lady she was real rude she said they ran out of clams so she gave me the next best thing was scallops I said Miss I don't eat scallops nor do I drink root beer and don't care for shakes in allergic to blueberry so I said these to her and she said take it up with Uber excuse me Miss Uber is not a Restaurant it's a car service that provide transportation Uber Eats delivery so I called Uber after I got off the phone with her you guys say y'all do not sale food or have a food menu I felt like a idiot so I call simco's back and she was rude Again and hung up on me so I called my credit card to canceled the order you're not going to give me what you want to give me I use Uber everyday since that day I order from simco's..Whether it's transportation or Uber eat delivery I have no outstanding bills with Uber. For them to cancel my transportation it's crazy you guys will be going through this a lot when a restaurants don't send their customers the proper order I like for my transportation to be restored thank you! My issues with simco's not Uber thank you I use Uber every day since.Nooo problems in till Now if you look at your records I haven't had no problems with no other restaurant that you guys deliver from just because you guys cancel mine subscription that's not going to make me pay for something that I didn't order and being disrespected you know please. User's recommendation: Do not order from simco's online because they'll give you what they want to give you.
