They sent me a bogus order and then made me pay for it to get returned and credited

I went to UPS I paid for my own package for an order I never made and never ordered a large order that arrived at my house. I talked to 2 different people in customer service got nowhere no RMA slip. I have to pay for their mistake, so I paid to ship back here's what I told them " here's what we're gonna do". Going forward I asked them to cancel every and all account. I am canceling even though I was a happy 3 years customer on auto-ship. I am sooooo unhappy with your service, not your product. I want nothing to do with your company ever again remove me from your database because I don't want any more bogus packages coming to my house. In short, you guys suck wasting my time to pay to return a wrongful order. I can't wait anymore for you to get your sh@#t straight. You are fired as a vendor Best, Rob C
