So the new procedure is that after paying the AOS and visa fee, you submit all documents together online. I submitted all docs Aug. 1st, and 3 days later, they rejected my husband's birth certificate and our marriage certificate, stating that they don't meet the guidelines/requirements. I spoke with various representative, they all stated that it was a mistake, and that they have sent my case to their supervisor, who has to be the one to submit my documents. The supervisor can take up to 6 weeks do submit my documents and change their mistake in the system. Basically my visa process is being delayed because of THEIR mistake!! That is 6 additional weeks additional to the wait time to schedule the consular interview!!! Every time I call for an update, they said the same thing: Their supervisor has to be the one to submit my documents since 2 docs were rejected.
