Rakuten sent me a link for a store to purchase what I was looking for. It was 10% rebate. I placed an order and found that they did not acknowledge it. When asked about it they wanted more information and said I had not logged in properly. I told them I clicked on the link that THEY had sent me and purchased it that way. This is the second time they have done this. Using them for Amazon is completely worthless as well. They give cash back on things that NOBODY would buy. User's recommendation: Try honey or some other website that does what is promises.
