They don't even deserve 1 star. Been waiting 2 weeks for them to send a pump I purchased 05/30/20. On 06/05/20, I received an email that it had shipped, gave tracking # to. Today, 06/11/20, tracking showed USPS is still waiting to get the package from Boat Id. I have talked to customer service 4 times, every time they check into it, and they want me to wait 24-48 hours for they to investigate and reply. They have been paid, won't ship another one, they want me to wait for them to decide to ship. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU HARD EARNED MONEY WITH BOAT ID!!!! I WILL GLADLY PAY MORE FOR MY PARTS WITH ANYONE ELSE THAT WILL SERVICE THEIR CUSTOMERS!! STAY AWAY! User's recommendation: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOU HARD EARNED MONEY WITH BOAT ID!!!
