They don’t care if $91 is a lot of money

So, I am currently treating a corneal ulcer and OptumRx doesn't cover either antibiotic eye drop that I was prescribed. I guess they want my eye to rot out of my head? My opthalmologist put me on these because he obviously thought these would best treat the problem, but I guess Optum doesn't agree.
