They do deny everything

My mom got stuck with a 1k ER Visit paid as out of network. They have a contract with the ER Group. Appealed twice. Someone has to put their foot down. They collect premiums but don’t pay benefits. Crooked, incompetent, thieves! I plan to keep fighting this.
