Atmos - They charged me for the mistakes they made setting up my accounts! They put my company accounts in my personal name. They also mailed my bills to the wrong address and charged me late fees when I didn't pay on time. Really! After wasting my time with the Atmos rep I was able to reach an Atmos supervisor. She said "how is it our fault - can you prove its our fault". Total time wasted dealing with this *** - forty minuets. Fortunately, I live in an arear where I have other gas and energy companies to choose from. Fortunately, I live in an arear where I have other gas and energy companies to choose from. No more Atmos for me and my company.
