My basement had 6" of water in it this morning. No shut off notice now thousands of dollars damage. Tried to pay over the phone and was told that the service isn't available

》 Wanted to talk to a represenative told to hold 6 minutes I lasted for over 20 minutes before I hung up. I had received a letter that I had not paid my bill.
