They cancelled my card without prior notice

Although the bank has never ever spoiled my mood with their services, one time I faced a very strange event. My debit card was cancelled without even notifying me about that. I had plenty of money on the account, and could not withdraw them. The customer support team spoke to me for over 1 hour and finally, we agreed to reissue a new card but, you know, the disappointment left. I would totally recommend to notify their clients about any such cancelling events since some people may urgently require their money. Otherwise, all the rest is pretty fair and convenient. Their mobile app is user-friendly and intuitive.
