My brother requested the money from his annuity account. They told him they would send it the next day overnight mail and charge him $25. This was Mar. 16. Has not received check. Then they said it would take 7-10 days to process after they said they were overnighting it. That time passed, then they said they put it in the regular mail on Mar. 31, did not have a tracking # and could not tell him to whom or where it was mailed. Still not received.
