I booked ticket to india with them and due to covid-19 flight got cancel and they knew that but dint inform me and said that i have to pay extra for date change and i paid it. Then again that flight got cancel but they dint inform and dint issue my refund. They are scam do not ever book tickets from alnita travels. User's recommendation: Poor customer service and its a scam.
