They are constantly changing their automated telephone customer service line. Its always down, or not working properly. The online service is worse. I totally gave up on the online service.

RI have been with Harris for many years. It really sucks now. Their automated phone lines are constantly being changed, "To better improve your experience" which only makes it worse. This bank used to be good..... Not anymore. I'm going to start looking for somewhere else. User's recommendation: RUN!!!
