They created a shipping label but didn't actually mail it until after Christmas-and they attempted to lie about it. Too bad for them I had been tracking it. Finally arrived and they won't refund me until I return it-it was several days late, I paid for express shipping and my husband tested positive for covid. So not only are they cheap and greedy, they do not care about their customers, the postal workers or their own employee. Zero stars, I wish I could give negative stars User's recommendation: Stay FAR AWAY.
