I ordered a size 14/48 I have been wearing a size 14 medium for about 20 years, I can't get my foot in the opening on these. Measuring the length compared to my other shoes they are 30mm/ 1 1/2" shorter and 10mm 1/2" narrower at the widest part. Yokest has refused to take them back or refund my money, offering me 10% or $5.90 about the cost of shipping. Their ads show American flags inferring they are made in American, sorry they are made in Shangrao China. They are nice looking shoes seem to be good quality but the size maybe way off and will not return or exchange for another size. You are stuck with them. They told me I should sell them to someone or give them as a gift. User's recommendation: How much are you willing to spend on shoes that are too small to put on your feet. Don't buy shoe's from these people. This a ridiculous return policy.
