I purchased two tickets for about double the face value, which is fine, i assumed the cost they quoted included their fees... it wasn't until i made my purchase i realized they charged me an additional 40%. Secure box office hides their fees until after you put in your information and in a place not very visible in hopes that you won't notice their 35% -50% in additional fees. You don't notice you were gouged until your purchase is complete and of course no refunds.... I thought they actually added an extra ticket by mistake so called them, but alas... I missed their trick and they got me! They make ticket master and stub hub look like a class act! If they can't make a living being somewhat honest, we don't need businesses like this in the world.
