Today I was waiting for my turn for more than an hour. And it looked like they were not in a hurry. They saw a long line and did not even try to work faster. That was disappointing. I am a new client. So I cannot say whether it is a common practice here but in any case they should do something with that. When my turn came the teller was nice and helpful. But still the impression was spoiled. They should not make their clients waste so much time in lines. Hope the situation will change for the better. I will see next time.
