A rep came in and offer us a cheaper price for our merchant service. Estimation from this company called "Authorized International" based on my statement from the previous company is a lot cheaper. Turn out, they charged more with ton of hidden fees, and a leasing equipment form First Data that has never mentioned during the contract signing. The leasing is non-cancellation. They never gave me the physical contract for leasing. Called my agent, and guess what he said? " I'm so sorry, but I cannot help you, since I'm not working with them anymore". What in the world, he was just lure me to sign in the contract 2 months ago, then now saying he was not working with them. It was totally a HUGE SCAM. I was with the company for 2 months, the fees they charged me was double the fee my previous merchant company charged. I had to pay four hundred something for ETF with the merchant company, then now to find out I cannot get out of the lease with First Data. And in order to get out, I have to spend about $4000 more to be done with them. It was so frustrated. Please STAY AWAY from "Authorized International Payment" as well as "First Data global leasing", and please do your due diligent and read your contract thoroughly. I was so stupid to be involved with these companies, hope NO ONE will do the same.
