Waiting four months for a dryer. They keep telling us it's coming and then they don't deliver. Still waiting. Calling leads to the same messages over and over. Someone will call you they say. If they call, they don't leave a call back number. And we're now on our fourth confirmed delivery date followed by a no-show. User's recommendation: Do not do business with Sears. They lie.
