THE WORST COMPANY EVER. SHIPMENT NEVER SENT.

I PLACED AN ORDER 10 WEEKS AGO, THEY GAVE ME A USPS TRACKING NUMBER AND THE SHIPMENT WAS NEVER INITIATED. I EMAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT 20 TIMES AND THEY REPLIED MAYBE TWICE SAYING IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED AND THEY CANNOT ISSUE A REFUND. MY ORDER WAS NEVER SHIPPED. ITS AN AUTOMATIC RESPONSE AND THEY DO NOT RESPOND. I'M SO UPSET. THIS IS 100% FRAUD. User's recommendation: NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE! FRAUD!
