A company named The Top Agent.com promotes its services to real estate agents. Their program literature promotes that they run hundreds of TV commercial spots each month, and the buyer leads that are generated are distributed to program members by the ZIP code that the agent purchases. I was one of the naive agents that actually paid this company hard earned money, and have found many other agents that purchased this service as well, only to find out that we cannot find anyone who has seen a commercial spot run in their area. The agents have also told me that not one of them has received a legitimate lead from this program. Agents BEWARE
