I only gave one star to leave this review. They receive 0 stars in my book. DO NOT RENT!!! I’ve been in my home for 2 months and had nothing but issues. The reps and contracted vendors that were sent to my home (to try to tell us we didn’t have issues) stereotyped and inconvenienced us. My husband and I are a Black and Hispanic mixed family and whenever we requested issues to be fixed we were treated as if we should be used to these conditions and they weren’t “a big deal” We reported termites, mold, broken EXTERIOR doors that wouldn’t open to let us in and out of our home, insect infestations within the FIRST 30days! I was one of those consumers that READ their reviews and said Hmmm... maybe they just upset a few tenants with things I don’t know of, trying to be optimistic... I was wrong. I’ve witnessed those complaints my self within the first week of moving in. Icing On the cake....the tenant that lived in my property before my family came by recently asking for mail of hers due to her forward not being completed in time. I must’ve looked super stressed because before she left after retrieveing her mail she turned and asks me if she could talk to me honestly... I wanted to yell out YES PLEASE but kept my cool because I needed to know what I was dealing with IN THIS HOUSE. Needless to say I allowed the woman to step in and look around... I told her all of my issues and what I found so far and everything I complained about SHE complained about when she lived here. They gave her a hard time as well (another Black woman) but after she lived in my home for 5-6months they transferred her ... And allowed my family to move in without addressing those issues.
